In the event of planned absence from class (e.g. due to overseas trips, school camps or sports competitions), can I seek a refund of tuition fees?

There is strictly no refund of fees. Students are advised to plan their schedule ahead of time and attend the makeup lessons within the same week. In the event that students are unable to make it for the makeup lesson, there will not be any refund of fees.

If your child cannot attend their allocated tuition lesson, they can join another class within the same week, giving them the flexibility to catch up without falling behind. All lessons are repeated weekly, from Friday to Sunday, so your child will always have an opportunity to learn the same content.

Additionally, every lesson is recorded and made available for students to review at their own pace. This ensures that even if they miss a class, they won’t miss out on any critical concepts, exam techniques, or learning guidance.

With this system, parents can rest assured that their child’s learning is continuous, comprehensive, and supported, maximizing their chances of excelling in Economics.
